How do I access my customer account?
Log in at assure.etudassur.fr/login using the email address and password you provided when you signed up. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password”—a reset link will be sent to the email address you used to sign up. 💡 From the customer portal, you can: download your certificates, file a claim, change your address, cancel your policy, withdraw from the contract, correct your start date, and generate a proof of address.
Is the website available in multiple languages?
Yes. The etudassur.fr website is available in four languages: French, English, Chinese (中文), and Spanish. The language selector is located at the top right of each page.
