Always include your policy number in the subject line of your emails.

The Etudassur team typically responds to emails within 24 business hours. Send a written complaint, including the reason and your reference information, to GROUPE ACCS, 5 rue Bourdaloue, 75009 Paris, or through Hiscox Customer Service. If the dispute remains unresolved after receiving a response, you may file a complaint free of charge with the Insurance Ombudsman (La Médiation de l’Assurance, TSA 50110, 75441 Paris Cedex 09 / mediation-assurance.org).💡 The insurer will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and commits to responding within a maximum of 2 months.

The Etudassur team (for questions and claims) is available during business hours. However, the emergency assistance line (01.55.98.71.14) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—this is the only number to call outside of business hours for an emergency (locksmith, leak, temporary housing).
